current scheduling protocol
At this time I am currently only seeing clients established prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. To help me manage the transition time between clients and the number of people I can see in a day, I am not allowing direct online booking at this time.

In my practice, I use a combination of techniques and experience to meet you where you’re at and provide a unique and tailored massage. Each session is based on duration, not modality. I find this allows us the flexibility to focus on what you need, instead of you trying to decipher which massage description best fits your needs.
These sessions are focused towards pain relief. I may use myofascial technique, deep, broad pressure, static holds, passive, and active stretching to address pain patterns in the body. We may not get to the entire body, but spend our time getting the most out of reducing your specific discomfort.
This session is focused on calming mental and physical stress. The pressure and pace are designed to reduce sensitivity to physical, emotional, and mental stimulation. You might zone out, or go to sleep. No worries, I’ll wake you up after.
pre and perinatal massage
The pregnant body is perfectly normal, but it takes some getting used to its constant change, in terms of space, stressors, and chemical hormones. The goal is to make you as comfortable as possible in your body so we can address the discomfort that comes with constant change… carrying a new resident.
Each body that has carried a pregnancy needs and deserves care. I am committed to working with you as a whole person, with acceptance and support, regardless of your pregnancy experience, outcome, or choice.
